A Model of Strategic Management
Regardless of how strategies are developed in organisations, it is important to have a framework for thinking through the complex array of strategic issues. The model below provides such a framework.

However it is important to note that the model does not show strategic management as a sequential process. Rather, it should be thought of as a crafting process that moulds together the three key elements of analysis, choice and implementation and the inter-linkages between them.
